Return & Refund Policy

At Don’t Miss Out (Oxford TRD), we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of construction and renovation materials (including flooring, tile, and other heavy products), our return and refund policy includes specific conditions to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.

1. Return Eligibility

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible, your item must:

    • Be in the same condition that you received it.

    • Be unused, unopened, and uninstalled.

    • Include all original packaging, labels, and accessories.

    • Be accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Opened boxes of flooring, tile, or custom materials are not returnable. Only full, unopened boxes/pallets may be considered for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom orders or special cuts (e.g., custom-trimmed, fabricated, or special-order materials).

  • Sale items, clearance products, or final sale merchandise.

  • Gift cards.

  • Perishable, hazardous, or flammable goods.

  • Products that have been installed, altered, or used.

3. Damages and Defects

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at paul@dontmissout.ca with photos of the issue.

  • We will work with you to arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact us at paul@dontmissout.ca to request a return authorization.

  2. If approved, you will receive:

    • A Return Authorization (RA) number.

    • Instructions on how and where to return your item.

    • Return shipping details (if applicable).

  3. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

5. Shipping & Restocking Fees

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect product).

  • Heavy and oversized items (such as hardwood flooring, large-format tiles, or pallets) may require special freight return arrangements.

  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply for returned items, depending on the supplier/manufacturer.

6. Exchanges

  • The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.

7. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at paul@dontmissout.ca.

8. International & EU Orders

  • For customers in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

  • Items must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above.
